The place of communion

The place of communion

  • Just as I was spending time in the presence of the Lord He spoke to me a wonderful truth. I was in the church sanctuary sitting at the back just listening. In our sanctuary we have our communion table set up at all times, behind it there is a tree,  the Lord said you know that tree represents the garden  and it was in the garden that communion was first broken. Then I looked up on the stage behind our grand piano was a cross that my dad and brother had made for me years ago, when we first began CFF. For 23 years I have taken that cross to every building we have ever been in. It has always been a focus point , but in this building I just couldn’t fine a place for it. That is until now, the Lord said move the tree and put the cross next to the communion table, I did as He asked and then He said . The garden was where communion was broken , but it was restored at the cross, so let this ever be a reminder to you and the church. Finally a place for the cross, and oh it looks so good now . I am thankful to the Lord for such a revelation. May we have unbroken communion with Father, Son , Holy Spirit. Amen
The winds of God

The winds of God

It seems all over the earth there have been strange storms, rain , snow, wind. I was really intrigued by the wind and the force of wind I have heard of in many of the storms. We often associate wind with destruction and in many cases it is, but the Lord spoke to my spirit and began talking to me about His winds, and there are many. And yes even those that bring destruction, but He began to teach me about the good winds of God. I have begun sharing about these in our Sunday morning services. He told me of a phenomenon that some of you may have heard before called “second wind” that many athletes tap into at time. This is also a spiritual principle that we as believers can tap into in His winds. This phenomenon is when a person is out of breath unable to carry on when the body somehow changes gears and releases adrenaline and other chemicals causing the athlete to reach optimum performance actually using less exertion. Can it be possible for a believer to be hit by a wind of God which is His breath and do more with less from himself? Yes and this is the desire of God that we decrease and He Christ increases. Get ready God is releasing fresh winds on the earth for all who are willing
